Commiserations to the Jimmy Bruen Shield team who failed to qualify - the team can be seen here.

Would you buy a used car from ANY of these men?

Shouldn't have been in there in the first place !

Penny for them?

More bad news - the East Antrim League team lost 4-1 to Burnfield House

Congratulations at least go to Ken Lee and William Crandles who got the 1 win

11th May 2008

Unfortunately the team didn't qualify for the Pierce Purcell but Sean Cahill and Paul O’Brien had a great round of 85

Some photos from the qualifying at Larne G.C.

Why did I ever agree to do this?

Boy do I need the practise !

What a mover !

Just like Tiger does it

Even the Coastguard can't save you !

Will you hurry up and hit it !

At half time in the Ulster Cup, it's still all to play for at 3-4. I've always said it's a game of two halves

No Willie - The camera is over here.

At least he looks like a golfer

Blinded by the shine from the white legs

You thought the legs in the previous picture were bad !

Congratulations to the East Antrim League team that beat Galgorm 3½ - 2½

The winning pairs were Alan Jardine/Noel McCurry, Desy Smart/George McConachie and Nial Smart/Adrian Smith with Adrian Adams/Troy Hogarty getting a well earned half.

An excellent 3½ - 3½ draw at Castle Hume unfortunately saw Antrim lose by the smallest of margins 7½ - 6½.

The winning players were Colin Davis, Tony Hughes and Davy Neill with Adrian Adams getting the half. Well done to Ricky and his team.

Does this make me look like Cantona?

How did it get in there?

I'm going to practice on my own!

Keep pretending you've actually hit a ball.

Pretending to like the opponents shot

All I'm saying is I wouldn't have done it like that !

You put you right leg in....

Why did I let the previous picture be taken?

Two heads are always better than one

Who put that fence there ?

Antrim just failed to qualify for the Irish Mixed Foursomes at Moyola Park finishing fifth - just out of the four qualifying places by one shot.

A particular mention must go to Euan and Audrey who shot a superb nett one under.
